Hello Friends! As we continue down this road of virtual learning, I am having to recreate all my number sense games in digital format! I wanted to share with you my free number sense games! They are perfect for the month of October. I will give you a brief overview of the games included!
The first number sense game is all about money! The teacher will show the slides to the kids, and they will determine if the kid in the picture has enough money. They will show their answers by giving a thumbs up or thumbs down! This is great for Kindergarten and first grade number sense. It’s perfect for teaching coins!
There are also quick images in this set of free number sense games! Students will quickly call out the number when shown a ten frame or regular and irregular dot patterns. Students will love shouting out the answer!
The last game (and probably my favorite!) is count to 10 and count to 20 like some spooky characters! You can have students make their voice or bodies (or both!) match the characters. Some of my favorites include monsters (deep voice and arms outstretched), ghosts ( make your voice sound spOoOoOoky!) and faires ( high voice and using their wands to count!).
This is such a fun number sense game, and it’s free! I hope your students love it as much as I do!
